For Kids Furniture Deliveries Only - Princess Range:
Our kids furniture range is delivered in 10-15 days, via 2-man delivery service.
Once your order has been collected from us, you will be contacted by the delivery company to arrange a convenient delivery date. You will then receive a more accurate time slot on the day of delivery. The delivery team of 2 will unload the truck and bring the item(s) safely inside the first doorway of your home.
Pre-Orders:
We may, from time to time, sell items that are not yet physically in our UK warehouse. We call this a pre-order. These items are clearly identified on our website, both on the product page, and within the checkout process.
PLEASE NOTE: Indicative delivery dates for pre-orders are subject to change due to reasons beyond our control, for which we assume no liability.
If your order consists of a pre-ordered item alongside an in stock item, your entire order will be dispatched together once the pre-order item has arrived into stock.
*Delivery times may vary based on bank holidays and locations. Please allow an extra 2 days for Bank Holidays.

Please note, orders with multiple items may be split into different deliveries, arriving separately.
All delivery dates are an estimation. 99% of our deliveries are within those times. Although sometimes deliveries may be delayed for circumstances beyond our control. We will not be held responsible or provide any compensation for any loss caused due to late or delayed deliveries.

Returns
If you changed your mind and would like to return the order or its part, follow these steps:
1. Contact us via hello@mokee.co.uk and confirm your order number along with the products that you would like to return. If possible, share your reasons for the return, so we will be able to improve our products or service.
2. If you change your mind, you can return your order within 30 days after it being shipped, subject to the below conditions:
- We will not refund the original delivery cost
- There is a £20 return charge (£50 charge for non-mainland including Northern Ireland) for all cot beds, playpens, moses baskets, cot drawers and cot mattresses. This will be deducted from your refund.
- For all other small items, returns are free.
To be eligible for a full refund all items are to be received by our warehouse in new, unused, not previously assembled items in their original packaging. We cannot accept returns for mattresses that have been unsealed from their plastic packaging.
Once we receive the items in good condition we shall process your refund after deducting the return charge.
- We reserve the right to make a deduction from the amount of any refund for loss in value of the Products returned where the Products show signs of unreasonable use or damage;
-If your order included a free promotional gift, you are obliged to return the free gift as well;
3. We will provide a return label or book the collection;
4. If the order has been delivered to another country other than the United Kingdom, you are obliged to cover the cost of return to the warehouse. We will provide the details of the return address once you contact us;
7. You can return part or all of the order;
8. Once we receive the return, we will check it, and if everything is satisfactory, we will process the refund/credit within 7 business days.
Cancellation of order
If you cancel your order before we have sent you the delivery notification, we will process the refund within 5 business days to your original payment method.
If you cancel the order after we have sent the delivery notification, our Returns & Refunds Policy shall apply
Damaged / Faulty items
In the unlikely case that you received a damaged or faulty item, your order will be covered by the warranty.
The following criteria apply:
✓ For damages caused during transport - contact us within 48h of receiving the item.
✓ For manufacturing faults - contact us within the warranty period.
You should contact us at hello@mokee.co.uk with the following information so that we can decide on the appropriate course of action:
✓ Your name and surname
✓ Your order's number
✓ Photos and descriptions of the fault/issue.
We will refund or replace the item where necessary, according to the item's warranty.
